Our family doesn't drink so Welch's Sparkling Cidar was our drink of choice for our New Year's Eve Celebration. We played games, ate snacks, enjoyed company and watched movies all evening.
They tried very hard to stay awake until midnight and were so excited that they made it! A little Sparkling Cider toast and they were ready to get outside to light fireworks.
After setting off 11 fireworks at once (kids wanted to make sure 2011 started off with 11 bangs), the kids were off to bed. New Year's toast, 11 fireworks and asleep by 12:30am! We all had a great time and look forward to what 2011 has in store for us.
