This is CRAZY!!
This was our driveway area yesterday (Friday) when Tropical Storm Fay dumped about 10-12 inches of rain on our area. The kids loved welcoming home Daddy from work in the middle of the river! The tree is from our neighbor-the huge tree landed between the building and the cars in the parking lot. Amazing that noone was hurt and there was no damage. We had a few tornado warnings that made this Mommy a little nervous so the kids and I camped out in the bathroom for a little while. They were comfy with their pillows, flashlights, weather radio and books. After being inside since Tuesday afternoon, we are ready to escape--with a boat, of course!

Camping out in the bathroom, I bet the kids thought that was so fun. Looks like some serious flooding over there. All I have is debris from the trees, but all are still standing and nothing is flooded. Note to self, when a Hurricane is coming, I'm outta here! Wouldn't you agree. Try to stay out of the standing water - its full of sewage the news said. Hope the water goes down and we see you tomorrow.
